Program Limitations
Some graduate programs are able to admit all qualified applicants (those with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum grade point average of 2.5 in the last 60 semester or 90 quarter units attempted) who apply during the filing period.
Others have established higher standards for admission to specific programs.
A few high-demand programs are unable to admit all students who apply and meet the established minimum qualifications.
Generally, your chances of being accommodated will be better if you apply earlier in the filing period.
